Joost didn’t fare to well today
Joost was streaming the NCAA games live through their software today. I first tried it on my Windows Vista Ultimate machine and didn’t get anything but a few pops of sound. No errors, nothing. I switched over to my iMac and it worked, then didn’t work. It finally gave out and didn’t come back. My boss had luck for a little longer but it finally just completely stopped. I’ll be trying again tomorrow to see if they make any changes. These are tests so I can’t blame them for the loss of signal. I think it’s a great idea that they are testing something like this out. This is the perfect opportunity because there is a high demand to watch these games live.
