Video: Apple iPad Commercial

The first Apple iPad commercial aired tonight. I have embedded it below. You can also watch it on Apple’s websites. April 3rd will be here before we know it. I’m hoping to pick one up, is anyone else?

More Details on the Microsoft Courier

There were a lot more details about the Microsoft Courier. Well maybe not a lot of details because I still want to know more. The device looks really cool and I wish there was a release date and price. The device is small, like the size of a 5×7 photo. Engadget [...]

Video: Custom LED Trackball on Nexus One

Google obviously built in the ability to change the trackball color but didn’t enable it in software. The video below is showing a rooted Nexus One with the feature enabled. Hopefully Google will add this in an update so people don’t have to root their Nexus One.

Video: Olympic IT Group

The video doesn’t show all the computers, servers and storage but it’s still cool to hear how much they have. Who would have thought it would take 6,000 PCs, 800 servers and 130 terabytes to bring the world the Olympics online.

It Takes a Lot of Oranges to Power a Apple

The video below is a market video by Imperial Leisure. They charged a iPhone with a bunch of oranges. I won’t give the number of oranges, it’s in the video, but it’s a lot.

Google Street View Snowmobile

Most are probably familiar with Google Street View. Google mounts cameras on a car and drives the roads of the world. They have taken that one step farther for the Winter Olympics coming up. They strapped the cameras to a snowmobile and hit the slopes of the mountain. The video below [...]

Video: PS3 Controller with Nokia N900

Pretty cool video below showing a PS3 controller controlling a Nokia N900 hooked up to a TV. If you have a emulator on your N900 this would make playing the games that much easier. It’s like a portable game system. Directions aren’t the easiest but it’s a cool hack if you’re adventurous. [...]
