MythTV Updates to 0.23
Just a few days ago MythTV updated to 0.23 and you can read about the new and improved features here. There isn’t a lot of visually new features but lots of improvements and bug fixes. If you’re not familiar with MythTV I have included a little video below to explain what it is.
Video: XBMC Running On PS3
The video below is XBMC running on a PS3. It won’t work on the PS3 Slim or firmware 3.30 but if you have the older PS3 and firmware you can find the directions here. You will get a lot more media functions with XBMC installed than with the default PS3 media types. l (via Engadget)

Weatherfront Adds the Forecast to Front Row
Weatherfront is a add-in for Apple’s Front Row that displays the forecast for your area. It’s early in development and doesn’t have any fancy maps but if you haven’t seen the outdoors in awhile you can at least see how nice it is out. It works with 10.5 and 10.6. (via AppleTVHacks)
