Android Market Hits 20,000 Apps

The Android Market has passed 20,000 apps this month. I’m thinking a big part of that is because of the Droid. With it selling like crazy people start seeing the Android market a great place to have their apps. With a growth rate like this you can find some great additions to the market. It also keeps developers working hard to compete. Androlib has been keeping track of the new apps since the market was launched. There are some interesting graphs that show the growth if you’re interested. I just hope Google launches a web portal soon to browse apps. I’m sure there are lots of apps that I need but I don’t know about them yet.
